2. How do I place an order?
Once you’ve found an item you wish to buy, simply click the “ADD TO CART” button. Please ensure that you adhere to the instructions provided on the order page. Proceed to the checkout page to complete your purchase. Following the placement of your order, items will be manufactured and dispatched.
3. What Payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards and process all orders placed on our website using authorized Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal methods. When you provide your card details for a purchase, if the card is still valid and hasn’t expired, it will be pre-approved, and the charge will be applied during the processing stage.
4. How does print-on-demand work?
All our products are made to order. Once you place an order, we print and ship the item just for you. This allows us to offer unique and personal designs without holding inventory, reducing waste and ensuring every gift is special.How are the products printed?
We use high-quality print-on-demand techniques, including direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, sublimation, and UV printing, depending on the product. This ensures vibrant, durable designs that last.
5. How long does shipping take?
Typically, orders are processed and printed within 2–5 business days, and shipping usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.
Please note that during peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
6. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the destination and the items in your order. Exact shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
7. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us at Contact@shimpressify.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
8. Can I customize a product?
Yes! Many of our items allow for personalization—like adding names, dates, or messages. Simply follow the customization options on the product page. If you have a special request, contact us, and we’ll try to help.
9. What is your return policy?
Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us via email Contact@shimpressify.com within 7 days of delivery, and include a photo and order number for verification.

10. How do I cancel or modify an order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Contact@shimpressify.com. Orders are processed quickly, so prompt communication is appreciated, and we cannot guarantee the order can be cancelled or modified.
11. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please email us as soon as possible at Contact@shimpressify.com. If your order hasn't entered production yet, we may be able to update it. Unfortunately, once it's in production or shipped, we cannot make changes.
